I found it warm in the harshest temperatures winter could throw at me, and it kept all the elements off me when wearing it, walking my mad Springer Spaniel, who has to go out regardless of what it is like outside. When changing pre and post-swimming, it was brilliant covering me up so I could get out my swim shorts in complete privacy while remaining warm.
