Flatrock Tennessee A Petrolhead Paradise.

Flatrock Motorsport Park and Motorclub Is A Racing Track Like No Other.

Flatrock Motorsport Park and Motorclub complex is quietly taking shape in Tennessee, USA. It will develop into a premium facility like no other race circuit worldwide, and then the noise will start—a paradise for Petrolheads who can purchase a property within the site.

In a fabulous location in Tennessee, a facility is being created to celebrate the many forms of Motorsport, and the site will cover eight hundred acres. The size of Flatrock Motorsport Park is vast and allows for continued growth through several phases, which will look to attract Formula 1 racing in the future. The location is minutes off Interstate 40 and less than a day's drive from 75% of the US population. Flatrock has accessibility like no other track in the United States.

The Flatrock site has been designed by world-renowned architects Tilke GmbH, responsible for delivering multiple state-of-the-art Formula 1 tracks, including Mexico's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Austin's Circuit of The Americas, Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina Circuit, and upcoming Las Vegas F1 street track.

The facility will eventually feature several tracks varying in length and standards as Flatrock aims to attract racing enthusiasts of all abilities. The Club track is a fantastic 3.50-mile circuit with a remarkable elevation change of 127ft. In simulations conducted with a GT3 car, it has demonstrated an impressive average speed of 101mph, surpassing the averages on renowned international circuits, which typically range from 90 to 95 mph. Flatrock Track will be a haven for automotive enthusiasts seeking an unmatched luxury and refinement experience.

Phase II of the project will introduce the exciting addition of a 2.67-mile competition 'Grand Prix' track that will complement the existing 3.50-mile private 'Club' layout exclusive to Motorclub members. The two tracks can be seamlessly joined to form a thrilling 5.9-mile, 34-turn circuit that winds through the breathtaking and picturesque Tennessee countryside. The captivating mountains and rolling landscapes of Flatrock circuit promise an exhilarating experience for drivers and a truly unforgettable setting for motorsports enthusiasts.

Flatrock's Motorclub members can use a state-of-the-art paddock and luxurious clubhouse with a restaurant and lounge. They have premium garages with rooftop viewing, track-side villas, a multipurpose pit building with race control, meeting spaces, an exclusive Spa and more. Flatrock has plans to introduce a CIK Karting Track, enhancing the motorsport offerings to its members.

Flatrock's development will see future phases bringing an array of exciting additions and amenities, including a landmark hotel and a destination restaurant, providing guests with luxurious accommodations and exquisite dining experiences. There are plans to develop campgrounds for those seeking a closer connection with nature and a winery and brewery for enthusiasts of craft beverages.

Various lodging options will be introduced to accommodate and increase guests, and a retail centre will provide diverse offerings for visitors. A natural amphitheatre constructed with stunning Crab Orchard stone will be a captivating venue for exhilarating live concerts, motorsport and various special events throughout the year. Flatrock aims to create an all-encompassing destination that caters to the diverse interests of its patrons.

From 2024 the circuit will also become FIA Grade II registered, which means it will be able to host international motorsport events – meaning that IndyCar or MotoGP will be racing at Flatrock soon.

Members of the Flatrock Motorclub, with private aircraft, can use Rockwood Municipal Airport, less than two miles away. KRKW, with its 5000' runway, supports piston and turbine aircraft. Knoxville's airport is within an hour's drive for members travelling via commercial flights.
