FireTree chocolate company are a relatively new brand, backed by owners who have decades of experience. They are an Artisan firm with the ethos of simple is best.

Martyn the Chocolatier sources the all-important beans from a small select group of islands in the south Pacific. There the trees grow in volcanic soil producing bountiful cocoa beans which are perfect for FireTree to make chocolate from.

Martyn gets to know the growers and their families and builds a good relationship with them so they become part of the FireTree family. The Brand believes in supporting the growers and the countries’ economies so they pay about two and a half times the going rate per kilo of beans.
