Suzuki Katana Cuts A Mean Dash with Its Sharp Looks.

I have not been on a Suzuki since I was Pillion on my Uncle’s GS 550E May moons ago. I don’t know why I haven’t because I loved them back in the 1980s and have admired the models through the years. But now I have eventually got on one of the company’s best selling bikes the Katana.

The Katana model has been around since 1981 with the latest Suzuki to bear the renowned name paying homage to its predecessor.
A 1000 CC of pure adrenaline it is the iconic street bike which are now labelled naked bikes.

2020 pricing starts from £11400 and then Suzuki offer options to customise your bike with plenty of accessories.

Bikes become legends for a reason and as a teenager I remember seeing the original Katana, hearing about its supreme performance and being in awe. Finally getting to ride the latest generation has not disappointed and I have a smile every time I ride it. While I have been riding the Suzuki Katana I have been wearing the latest design in airvests from Alpinestars. I will be doing a full review of the Tech Air5 vest on this site, so keep an eye out.

Available in black or silver the Katana looks sharp with precision lines and a sweet clear rear end.

The digital display is clear, easy to read and has the information you need on the screen. You can use the mode button on the left handlebar to set preferences such as Traction Control settings from Off to Full operation. MPG, Range, Average Speed can be selected also.

Traction Control is easily adjustable.
